I know that as you get older you are supposed to know more. And sometimes I wish that I could learn more of the stuff that I should have. You know, back when my mind more readily absorbed information. I am not sure that I do know more things than the younger folks. Oh, maybe I know more history and more about art and how to survive without a cell phone. But kids sure do know a whole lot more than me when it comes to a lot of other things! I suppose our knowledge as we get older is more life knowledge and not head knowledge. I certainly know that my kids think I am an idiot most of the time. Especially when I try to impart some of my life knowledge to them. Someday they will look at me when I am talking and they won’t have that look of “Hey, you have 2 heads.” on their faces. Can you all relate?
