Normally in January, I am trying to figure out how I can make some extra home income because Tom isn’t working much. In the 6 years, he has worked for this company January has always been a struggle financially. This January is different. This year he is actually putting in pretty normal weeks. I haven’t had to resort to letting a bill slip or cutting way back on groceries. It has been such a relief! I have also been trying to be more resourceful when it comes to cooking. Using things that I already have on hand has helped the grocery bill tremendously. That of course has added to the financial relief we are feeling. I hope that this year continues to be a good one for Tom. It always helps his attitude when he feels like he is providing for us. And it helps mine, too.
